Eliminating Federal Taxes

“We had heard of WOTC and just never decided to pursue it. We are a technology staffing firm that actively recruits and employs professional technologists so we believed that our typical candidate would not qualify for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit program. Clarus came in and quickly integrated their WOTC screening tool into our applicant tracking system. Clarus did all of the heavy lifting for our staff. At the end of the day, the WOTC program captured enough tax credit to completely eliminate our Federal tax liabilities!”

Expectations. Optimization. More Tax Credits.

“To be honest, I thought our WOTC program was optimized by our previous provider. However, after talking with Clarus Solutions, we soon realized that we were leaving tax credits on the table. Clarus proposed a WOTC Program that fit the unique recruiting and onboarding processes of our organization – but their solution also provided clarity in regards to expectations and results. Clarus implemented a WOTC program that increased our overall tax credit amount, satisfied our ownership and improved margins.”

Things are Bigger in Texas!

“We tried to screen for WOTC internally and received $15K in credits.  We found it very challenging to coordinate the screening process across our seven different branches and locations.  Further, the process was not consistent or standardized. Clarus stepped in and conducted a Lookback review while coordinating the project with all of our branch locations and personnel.  The end result is a tax credit in excess of $300K.  Their service levels, communication and results far exceeded our expectations.  We are Thoughtful WOTC Methodology converts!”
