Brent leads market strategy and sales for Clarus Solutions. Prior to Clarus Solutions, Brent started his own tax practice focused on corporate tax reduction strategies and financial reporting of tax results. Before entering entrepreneurship, Brent was the Tax Director for a company with US headquarters located in Columbus, Ohio. In this position he led a company-wide implementation of a WOTC program and oversaw the process that grew from no credit to what is in excess of $600,000 annually today. Brent is a CPA with an accounting degree from The Ohio State University and his Masters in Tax from Capital University Law School.

Terracina leads operations and customer experience at Clarus Solutions. Her experience with WOTC stems from eight years of working at Ernst & Young in the Tax Credit and Incentives team. While there, she helped implement WOTC at a large US retailer and worked with other international companies to maximize credits available to them. She learned to “care about the details” in analyzing compliance and maximizing the credit for clients. Terracina is a licensed attorney with her law degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law and her accounting degree from the University of Akron.

Before starting in staffing, Philip was co-founder of a software company in Dallas. During his tenure, he oversaw the operations of the company while serving as the lead for the sales/marketing and technical functions of the company – notably leading implementation in large, Fortune 2000 corporations. Soon after, Philip entered the staffing industry and worked for two nationally recognized staffing firms: Merritt Hawkins & Associates and iTech, US. Philip has managed the professional services divisions, (recruiting, business development, marketing and sales) functions. During this time, Philip also evaluated and implemented two separate, large-scale, implementations of applicant tracking systems (“ATS”) which included back-office and front-office capabilities.
